Creamy No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill while making the filling.
  2. Whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice, mixing until creamy.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Smooth the top.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Add toppings before serving.
