Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Layer:
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mango diced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds optional
For the Base (choose one):
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
or
  • 1 ripe banana blended with 1/2 avocado for a creamy mousse base
Optional Toppings:
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • A few edible flower petals optional, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits:
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and kiwi, and dice the mango. Keep the blueberries and pomegranate seeds whole.
Prepare the Base:
  1. Option 1: Spoon the unsweetened coconut yogurt into the bottom of two small serving bowls.
  2. Option 2: Blend 1 ripe banana with 1/2 avocado until smooth, and divide the mixture into two bowls.
Assemble the Dessert:
  1. Neatly layer the fruits on top of the base. You can arrange them by color for a rainbow effect or simply mix them for a natural, vibrant look.
Add Toppings:
  1. Sprinkle chia seeds and shredded coconut on top. Add a few edible flower petals or mint leaves if desired.
Serve Immediately:
  1. Enjoy the dessert fresh, chilled, and right after assembling for the best texture and flavor.
